Territorial CRM
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Territorial CRM’s website, applications, and customer relationship management services.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Territorial CRM, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Territorial CRM for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Territorial CRM provides tools for managing leads, contacts, sales activity, reminders, routes, teams, commissions, and related business records. Features may change as the service develops. Territorial CRM is an organizational tool and does not guarantee sales results, lead accuracy, route outcomes, commissions, or business performance.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly at territorialCRM@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Organization administrators are responsible for managing their users, roles, permissions, and lawful use of CRM data.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to Territorial CRM. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
- You must have all rights and lawful permissions needed to collect, upload, use, contact, and share people’s information.
- You are responsible for complying with privacy, telemarketing, email, employment, recordkeeping, and other laws that apply to your activities.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for maintaining any independent backups your organization requires.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Territorial CRM to violate law or the rights of others, send unlawful or abusive communications, impersonate others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service to build a competing product except where restrictions are prohibited by law.
6. Third-party services
Territorial CRM may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, maps, email, calendar, and other integrations. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes, outages, or actions outside our control.
7. Fees and future paid features
Some features may be offered without charge, while others may require payment in the future. Before charging you, we will disclose the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any refund terms. You will not be charged solely by accepting these terms.
8. Intellectual property
Territorial CRM, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and service content other than user-submitted data, is owned by or licensed to Territorial CRM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended business purpose.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Territorial CRM available, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly reduce core functionality.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Territorial CRM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service. After termination, access may end immediately and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations, backups, and an organization’s continuing control of shared records.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Territorial CRM is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Territorial CRM does not provide legal, tax, financial, employment, mapping, or professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Territorial CRM and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Territorial CRM during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Territorial CRM from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, your communications with contacts, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.
14. Governing terms and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Territorial CRM service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
16. Contact
For questions about these terms or for support, contact Territorial CRM only by email at territorialCRM@gmail.com.
